Shaky Places concert: Saturday 21 November

Join the Capital Choir for Shaky Places: a song cycle of New Zealand poems.

The concert will take place on Saturday 21 November at 7.30pm in the Central Baptist Church on Boulcott Street, Wellington. Tickets $20 (students $10, children under 12, free).

Parking will be available in the Wilson parking building opposite the church.

Shaky Places is a set of 14 songs from poems selected by choir member Rachel McAlpine and composed by the choir’s former musical director, Felicia Edgecombe. Capital Choir first performed Shaky Places in 2015 and is excited to re-introduce it to Wellington again this November.

  1. Parking issues in Wgtn are always off-putting. I’ve been stung by Wilsons in Boulcott St before. The concert is too late to make trains a realistic option. Could you sometime bring your concert to the Kapiti Performing Arts Centre? Free parking for everone! ________________________________
